Refunds

We do not accept returns at this time, due to the nature of each product is custom made (with the exception of damaged items).

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges at this time.

Design Policy

Once the base coat has been applied to your custom piece, any request for changes (such as different colors or a new design) will be treated as a redesign. A design fee of 30% of your order total will apply and must be paid before work continues.

This design fee covers one redesign opportunity only. If, after the second design is completed, you are not satisfied, you may discuss alternative options with the artist. Additional redesigns are not included and would be considered a new order.

Turnaround Time

This describes the time it takes to create your custom art piece. Turnaround times for the creation of all custom orders is 30 business days, unless otherwise noted on product page.

Care Information 

Wall Artwork 

  • Some pieces include real broken glass/crystal pieces and can be very sharp. Be sure to wear appropriate gloves while handling. 
  • Resin is UV sensitive, appropriate UV blockers are used in the formula but may yellow over time with exposure to sunlight. Keep all pieces out of direct sunlight. 
  • Resin can be easily scratched and marked. Avoid the use of chemical and abrasive cleaners. Clean with window cleaner and soft cloth. To remove dust in textured areas, use a microfiber duster or non-residue compressed air. 
  • Hang with an appropriate hanging system that allows for appropriate weight of your artwork and must be properly secured. 
  • Bloomed by Jazmine is not liable for any damage or injury related to the artwork or being handled incorrectly. 

Trays & Coasters

  • Some pieces include real broken glass/crystal pieces and can be very sharp. Be sure to wear appropriate gloves while handling. 
  • Epoxy Resin is UV sensitive, appropriate UV blockers are used in the formula but may yellow over time with exposure to sunlight. Keep all pieces out of direct sunlight. 
  • Epoxy Resin can be easily scratched and marked. Avoid the use of chemical and abrasive cleaners. Clean with window or glass cleaner and soft cloth. To remove dust in textured areas, use a microfiber duster or non-residue compressed air. 
  • Wood serving boards will need to be conditioned with cutting board oil and wax regularly. This will prevent cracking and splitting. 
  • Hand wash only with damp cloth and dish soap. Do NOT dishwash or soak. 
  • Do not cut on epoxy resin. Only wood should be used for cutting and serving. 
  • Serving boards and coasters are not intended for hot objects. Heat tolerance up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit.
